Hello. This document looks good. Perhaps we might consider adding more detail. However, i do feel comfortable w/ this draft. There are several details which might have been added (ie;employee must work for X amount of days BEFORE they are eligible for ie; (PAID)sickdays,vaca days,personal days etc.........
Also as i review our meetings on video i see that we never discussed "end of the year bonus". I believe this bonus should be based on performance and evaluation. Currently as there are no evaluations being done (except in police dept) bonus is based length of employment.
What is the plan for our conclusion? or is this it?
