sINCE i HADS NO LEDGER TO BALANCE AGAINST i HAVE BEEN GATHERING THE FIQURES BASED ON THE FILED W-3.  i HAVE ALSO GOTTEN THE MONTHLY BENEFIT FIQURES BASED ON THE ACTUAL

Ira:  I've put all the figures referencing salaries on the 2011 Town Expense line and then have compared them against the yearly salaries on Town employees that you passed out last Monday .  I recognize that your figures did not include overtime while some lines appear reasonable there are others that just don't add up.  For example adding dispatcher and police salaries spent equals $2,462,237 and yet your salary schedule shows $1,797,766.  There are also significant differences in the Courts, Supervisor, and Town Clerk.  Are you sure you picked up Town personnel?  Dave
