Kevin & Brian,
As the volunteers and paid videographer were standing in the rain at 7:05 pm for lack of a key .... it occurred to us that the dual chair arrangement is not working as well or as efficiently as was hoped.
There was confusion again as to the meeting location, and when we all got together at the right location, it was only to be rained on. Not a positive volunteer experience.
FYI.....

Don

We are not responsible for opening the doors.  We usually can, but in this case, we could not.

Yes, that is true when the doors are not already open by the town clerk, we will open them.  And I am sorry we didn't have the key available for tonight's meeting.  All I'm saying is it's not in our proposed contract to be responsible for that.  Generally a village or town government representative is usually designated to open the doors of town or village halls.

I am not questioning your contractual provisions, but in practice it has been your reps that arrive early for setup at least one-half hour prior to our meetings. Kevin
