about the video commentary

So that others don't have to wade through the full Fiscal Committee meeting youtube videos or all the Facebook consolidation-related threads to find the video segments on some specific expenditures or other Fiscal Committee discussions, I have extracted from the FB threads all the time marker references to video links that were posted on FB (along with comments). Many of the youtube links include the time-marker, which takes the viewer to the beginning of the specific exchange, but for others, you need to move the time meter manually. To date, most of the links originate from the 12/3 Fiscal Committee meeting. I have yet to find an exchange where the $300,000 in purported savings from the Police expenditures line is discussed.

All but the last post come from the long FB thread on consolidation. As with other posts here, sorry for the choppiness of presentation but when manually copying Facebook posts to Blogger, FB's formatting tags make a mess of the template, and it takes too long to strip them out.
