Hello Gentlemen!! I hope all is well w/ everybody!!! I have confirmed w/ Brian and YES we have a meeting scheduled (as planned) for 8/13(monday). We had @ our last meeting planned on doing a comparison between village and town employment positions ,salaries, etc. We had discussed that by doing this comparison we would be able to see overlap and redundancy should we consolidate. We had planned for our homework to have these docs and to be prepared w/ our individual comments, concerns, and ideas for our meeting on monday!!

However in order 2 do our homework this is what we need!!!.........

-Kevin- Have you been able to get a copy or a pdf of the town positions and salaries? We need these docs to do our homework! (pls let us know!)

-Brian-You said there might be a few things you wanted to get for us from the clerk to look @?

-If we do not have all the needed docs do we have an alternate agenda for monday? (please reply w/ your thoughts!)

-Monday 8/13 confirmed meting in Village hall 7pm (thank you Brian!)

-Monday 8/20 confirmed meeting @ Town Hall 7pm

I believe that you brought one copy of the Town employee list, with salaries, to the first meeting of our committee for your own reference. If you could copy and share so that we can prepare for Monday , it would be appreciated.
