Subject: JOINT TOWN VILLLAGE FISCAL CONSOLIDATION COMMITTEE MEETING
Date: Wed, 5 Sep 2012 13:54:25 -0400
To All: Since Sally and Susan are going to be away next week I'm rescheduling the Meeting for a week later.( Spet 17th, Village Hall at 7:00 Pm
The tentative agenda:
I Review the data Ira has prepared.
II Review the data Sally and Ross have prepared
III. Presentation of Assessment values (DSL will get)
III Discuss a couple of my suggestions.
A. Final output budget should reflect a 2% increase for years 2012, 2013, 2014 present figures before savings.
B Final presentation should include budget (with tax rates ) for consolidation and without consolidation
IV. Discuss and decide if their are going to be general special districts and what those would be and where.
(ie sidewalks, business district, consolidation of some water and sewer districts (which are possible and which are not), there may be more to evaluate)
V. If time permits start on finalizing figures
