What I am waiting for is the 2011 general ledger report of Income and expenses which although un audited will give us an order of magnitude to start looking at. I have most of the salaries and overhead and will have something to look at but have nothing to confirm it to

Unfortunately Susan was in a meeting, but I did find out that the 2011 Town Audit report has not been filed and the secretary didn't feel it would happen in the near future. What does the Committee think about using, initially the 2010 audit report and updating it later? Please get back to me and if the majority feel it is appropriate I'll get copies to you. Dave=
